He dresses the chickens, then sticks a can of Sprite or other beverage down the center, then uses indirect grilling to cook them to perfection. It always turns out so moist and flavorful (I've actually tried this one!). He only ever makes meat like this when we have friends over for dinner (for this one we had Kim & Aaron over) because of my psychological dislike for meat (except beef - I really hate the TASTE of all beef!).
